To check your configuration, or to send it to us with a PC troubleshooting request, you can use the DXDIAG program.
On Windows 11 and 10 :
In the Windows search bar at the bottom of the screen (next to the Windows icon), type : dxdiag.
The search results should display a blue and yellow icon indicating : Dxdiag - Run command.
If necessary, allow the action in the following window.
Once the DirectX diagnostic tool has finished loading, save the information in *.txt format by clicking "Save information" in the bottom right corner of the window.
Attach the file to your reply.
On earlier versions of Windows :
> Click Start, then Run, or press the Windows key + R (the Windows key with the flag on your keyboard).
> Type DXDIAG, then click OK. If necessary, allow the action in the following window.
Once in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, you have access to information about your system configuration.
You can also export this data as a text file by clicking “Save information” in the bottom right corner and attaching it to your support ticket or email.
This will allow you to review your system configuration and compare it to the requirements of the software :
The System tab displays the Processor, RAM, DirectX version, and Operating System.
The Display tab displays the Graphics Card name in the top left corner and the driver version/date in the top right corner.
The Sound tab displays the Sound Card information.
