If you experience a crash while loading a game ("New game" or "Continue"), please try to:
- deactivate the antivirus or add the game to the list of authorized applications
- launch the executable as administrator from the installation folder
- update your graphics drivers
If you experience a crash during a game:
- make sure that your PC has at least 8GB of RAM and that your PC meets the minimum requirements. These can be found on the store page.
- lower the graphics settings and see if it fixed the issue
Also remember to close programs that are not necessary when playing in order to free up memory. This includes :
- your internet browser
- music/video players
- instant message programs, etc.
