Regarding the problem some players have with the game not loading at the very beginning (infinite loop in the loading screen), first check these points :
Minimum requirement
Graphic drivers update
Update game
Install the redistributable that you can find at:
Link to Microsoft Redistributable Installer
and then, choose the 64 bits version after clicking on download (vc_redist.x64.exe).
(Some players report they install Windows updates W10 and both x86 & x 64 version of redistribuable to solve problem).
