To access a backup of your game or log files after a crash issue, it may be necessary to open folders that are hidden by default in Windows, such as:

C:\Users\*Profile*\AppData\

To display this folder, follow these steps on Windows 10 and Windows 11:

-Open File Explorer – Click the File Explorer icon in the taskbar or press Win + E.
-Go to the View menu – At the top, click on the View tab (or Display, depending on your system language).
-Show hidden items – In the dropdown menu, go to Show and check Hidden items

This will make hidden files and folders visible in all File Explorer windows.

You can also directly access the AppData folder using this method:
Press Windows + R, type %AppData%, and click OK.
