Retrieve crash information from Windows Event Viewer

To retrieve crash information from Windows Event Viewer:

1. Press Windows + R.

2. Type eventvwr.msc and press Enter.

3. Go to Windows Logs > Application.

4. Look for an Error entry matching the approximate time of the crash.

5. The most useful entries are usually from Application Error or Windows Error Reporting.

6. Select the relevant event and either:

   • Right-click it and choose Save Selected Events... to save it as an .evtx file, or

   • Choose Copy > Copy Details as Text and paste the information into your reply.

Please send us the game logs as a priority, but it may also be useful to attach the event(s) corresponding to the crash, ideally those created at the exact time the game crashed.
