To run your program in compatibility mode (Windows XP Service Pack 2 or another version of Microsoft Windows), please follow the steps below:
- Right-click on the program’s shortcut icon
- Click Properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab, check the box Run this program in compatibility mode for:, then select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the list
- Also check the box Run this program as an administrator
- Click Apply, then OK
Launch the program using this shortcut.
